Hi, I'm Stephanie
I am a family therapist with a deep commitment to fostering healthy relationships and facilitating positive change within families. With a Masters degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I bring a range of skills, knowledge and practical experience to my work.
I have worked with families for over 7 years, helping families to navigate high and complex issues including Domestic Violence and Child Protection concerns. I believe in creating a safe space for individuals and families to explore their challenges, and I enjoy connecting with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
The therapeutic interventions that I use are rooted in evidence-based practices. I have completed Level 1 and 2 training in the Gottman Method of couple therapy, and training in the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model where I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT and trauma-informed practices.
In addition to clinical work, I run training and workshops within the Sydney Inner West areas and for the CALD community, sharing my expertise on topics related to parenting challenges, conflict resolution and maintaining healthy boundaries in relationships.
I am a clinical registrant of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and an accredited clinical supervisor.
